HUGO’S 1876 is located in the Grand Fayette Hotel on Fayetteville's Historic Square. Owner-chefs Kathy and George Valtasaros are serving a delightful selection of small plates, tapas, unique desserts and a fine wine collection. Hugo’s warm and inviting atmosphere features large-scaled original paintings and photographs hanging in the sedate gray room, which are accentuated with gallery-style lighting. The restaurant also has seating in the hotel’s Moravian Gallery and along the street and in the patio during pleasant evenings. They are open for breakfast Monday - Saturday from 7-11 am, and for dinner Thursday-Saturday 5–9 pm, and Sunday Brunch 10 am–1 pm.
