The Summer Festival Institute Orchestra performs after daily rehearsals beginning on Monday and culminating on the Saturday evening performances at 7:30 pm. Sectionals are conducted by faculty and/or guest conductors on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

This event, hosted by the Fayetteville Lion’s Club will be held from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and is free to the public. Food & drinks will be available for purchase. Free spectator parking is available and there are public restrooms on the square.
Car judging will end at Noon and awards will be presented at 1:00 PM. Proceeds from the event will benefit Fayetteville ISD scholarships.

Fayetteville’s Annual Lickskillet Days Festival kicks off the third Saturday in October and continues through Sunday, so mark your calendars for some good old-fashioned, family-friendly fun. The 28th Annual Fayetteville Country Christmas celebration is on Saturday, December 13th. Join us for a full day of holiday festivities! Start the morning off shopping and dining in and around the square at our local establishments and arts & craft booths. Enjoy the Homes Tour, the lighted parade at 6pm, and a live music performance by the Danielle Reich Trio at 6:30. The annual Christmas Tree Decorating Contest display will open at 4:00 with Santa & Mrs Claus in the Old Firehouse. There will be a Holiday Show opening at ARTS for Rural Texas with a reception from 4:00 - 6:00 PM and hayrides on the half hour after the parade, departing from the New Fayetteville Community Center.

George Ensle will perform his one-man songplay Small Town Sundown, presenting a movie in a song. While this concert is free to attend, seating is limited, and ticket reservations are required. To reserve tickets visit the ARTS website (open this event for link).
The Fayetteville community Easter egg hunt & bake sale will take place on the historic Fayetteville Square. Bring the kiddos and baskets to enjoy an egg hunt, bounce house and hot dogs, free to all. Baked goods and drinks will be available for purchase.
