This premier hotel is housed in a historic building built in 1900, restored in 2003 and updated again in 2017. Eight second floor guest rooms and two first level suites feature private bathrooms.

The Store at the Grand located in the hotel’s large lobby features a selection of bedding, home goods, books and gifts.The store is open when the Wine Bar Restaurant at the Grand is open (and when events are taking place).

RED & WHITE INN

102 W. Main St., Fayetteville, TX 78940 — The Red & White is the oldest commercial building in Fayette County. The bottom floor is the location of the Red & White Gallery, Fayette County's newest fine arts gallery. Upstairs, over the gallery, is the newly renovated Red & White Inn. Each of the four beautifully decorated bedrooms has an en suite private bath, sumptuous bedding, beautiful artwork and each of the private bedrooms opens onto a spacious sitting area. They are located next door to one another making them perfect for large groups traveling in the area. They are one block from the town square where you can find several restaurants and shops. Round Top/Warrenton are 15 minutes for more shopping and food/drink options. Guests will have use of the entire home.

The Baca House - (pronounced Ba cha) The Baca House is located one block from the quaint town square where you can find restaurants and shops. This home has been part of the Rohde family since it was built in the early 1900s. It was completely renovated in 2022 with modern features, while keeping it's historical charm.

The Zelesky House - This home has been part of the Rohde family since it was built in 1911 and was completely renovated with all the modern features, while maintaining its historical charm. It is a two story historical home with the living room, kitchen, breakfast area, two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and a laundry room downstairs. 124 Fayetteville Ln, Fayetteville, TX 78940 — Whether this is your first visit, or you have been to Fayetteville many times, we want to share the special charm of the historical town of Fayetteville.  Our house is in the city limits, just a short walk to the town square, but on more than an acre that will let you get away and enjoy the country.  We want your experience to be excellent, and provide listings of local and area restaurants.  We came to Fayetteville for the bicycle riding and would love to show you our favorite roads and routes. We came to visit but later moved to Fayetteville because of all the things to do, antique shopping, art walking, dining, music, and just relaxing in a place where time has slowed down. We are always available to help with any questions or concerns you may have.  We offer a fully furnished house that has a King master bedroom and connecting bath, a Queen bedroom with private bath, a full kitchen and dining room, and a living room with sleeper sofa.  Internet and streaming services are provided. Breakfast is not provided, but you are welcome to make use of the full kitchen. There is an assortment of coffee, teas and snacks.
