GRAND FAYETTE HOTEL - Originally known as the Zapp Building, this 1900 mercantile building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was turned into a hotel in the 1980’s, and is now the home of the Grand Fayette Hotel. The hotel was renovated in 2017 and again in 2025. Seven upstairs bedrooms and two downstairs suites have been completely revamped to include ensuite bathrooms and Smart TVs. Our house is in the city limits, just a short walk to the town square, but on more than an acre that will let you get away and enjoy the country. We want your experience to be excellent, and provide listings of local and area restaurants. We came to Fayetteville for the bicycle riding and would love to show you our favorite roads and routes. We came to visit but later moved to Fayetteville because of all the things to do, antique shopping, art walking, dining, music, and just relaxing in a place where time has slowed down. We are always available to help with any questions or concerns you may have. We offer a fully furnished house that has a King master bedroom and connecting bath, a Queen bedroom with private bath, a full kitchen and dining room, and a living room with sleeper sofa. Internet and streaming services are provided. Breakfast is not provided, but you are welcome to make use of the full kitchen. There is an assortment of coffee, teas and snacks.
